Vegan Flavours


The following is a selection of my most popular flavours; if you have something in mind that is not listed, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. 



A light and airy sponge, flavoured with vanilla bean. Filled with either vanilla or elderflower buttercream and a choice of raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant or mixed berry jam.



An indulgent sponge, made with 70% vegan Callebaut chocolate, sandwiched together with a chocolate ganache



Our carrot cake is, spicy and moist, with toasted walnuts and juicy sultanas. Sandwiched together with a smooth, sweet creamy topping



A moist, zesty & sweet sponge, lightly flavoured with a hit of lemon and packed with blueberries, filled with lemon buttercream and a homemade vegan lemon curd.



A brown sugar sponge with a coffee kick that's accentuated by a creamy hazelnut filling


Vanilla sponge with homemade raspberry compote rippled through & filled with a raspberry swiss meringue buttercream



Moist biscoff flavoured sponge with a creamy biscoff frosting



Indulge in tasty layers of chocolate, vanilla & strawberry, topped with a buttercream 'ice cream'



A scrumptious velvety sponge with a mild chocolate flavour and buttery cream cheese frosting.

We are happy to cater for all requests for special dietary requirements, so that none of your guests need to miss out on a delicious slice of wedding cake. We appreciate that food intolerances can affect people in different ways, so please feel free to ask us about our vegan & gluten-free cakes.

It is extremely important that you make us aware of any dietary issues that may affect how we make your cake, if after you have ordered your cake you discover an allergy issue please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your order.

Ausel Cakes & Catering accepts no liability for customers suffering allergic reactions from eating our cakes therefore it is the customers responsibility to make us aware of any special dietary needs.

Please note we work from a kitchen that uses gluten & nuts so we cannot guarantee there will not be any cross contamination.
