Everything was delicious and the children at the wedding especially loved the sweet platter she created. Louise was very reliable and punctual. Ausel Cakes provided all the food for High Tea, which included sandwiches, macaroons, chocolate tarts, scones, jam and cream, beautiful cupcakes. They also made our wedding cake which was fantastic! They also provided cakes for a grazing table for later on in the evening. They and the food were perfect. Very professional and friendly too. I can't thank them enough.
